Starbucks Has PSLs Again & Canada Has A New Exclusive Fall Drink (VIDEO)

It’s simply not possible to ease into fall without sipping on a pumpkin spice latte in Canada — 2020 has been a lot and we could all use some autumnal coffee sweetness right about now. Luckily, Starbucks is coming through and you can sip on one right now. Plus, Canadians are getting a drink you can’t find anywhere else.

As of Tuesday, August 25 you can get your hands on them. You’ll be faced with a tough choice though once you hear about the new exclusive-to-Canucks beverage.

Starbucks finally joined the modern world and announced they would add an “oat beverage” to their menu earlier this year. To celebrate, they’ve made a new fall drink featuring the wonder milk alternative.

It’s called the Apple Oat Flat White and it’s made with apple syrup, oat beverage, espresso and dusted with a clove sugar topping.

If it’s like their other flat white recipes, it’ll be made with ristretto shots of their signature espresso that’s stronger and sweeter than what you’d get in a latte.

Fall really only has two flavours: apple and pumpkin. Now, you can finally get them both in coffee form here and life is complete.

This year, the coffee brand has also introduced something they’re calling 1-833-GET-FALL.

It’s a toll-free number you can call within Canada that turns your first drink of the season into a “full body experience” with a choose-your-own-adventure style voicemail box.

You can hear the sounds of a “fresh fall stroll or a merry autumn hayride,” and even “cracking fires” with some “PSL-inspired mantras.”

Other than the famous latte of the season, drinks on the new seasonal menu include the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and the decadent Salted Caramel Mocha.

Plus, the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin with that crave-worthy gooey centre and the Pumpkin Scone will be back.

And if you want to get really wild, you could even ask for a Pumpkin Spice Latte with apple syrup and overdose on fall flavours.
