This Canada Day, Ontario wants you to celebrate by enjoying its natural wonders for free.
The province just announced free admission to Ontario’s provincial parks this July 1 only.
|“As we celebrate Canada’s 153rd birthday, this is our way of saying thank you to everyone in Ontario who has followed the public health advice to stop the spread of COVID-19.”|
Plus, Ontarians can enjoy free fishing for two whole weeks, starting on July 4. You won’t need a fishing license or an Outdoors Card either.
Since you won’t have to pay for a day pass, you can save your cash for a lunch break on your trip up to Algonquin.
So, start packing your gear! Canada Day adventures await.
