Ontario Just Announced Free Admission To All Provincial Parks On Canada Day

This Canada Day, Ontario wants you to celebrate by enjoying its natural wonders for free.

The province just announced free admission to Ontario’s provincial parks this July 1 only.

“As we celebrate Canada’s 153rd birthday, this is our way of saying thank you to everyone in Ontario who has followed the public health advice to stop the spread of COVID-19.”

Plus, Ontarians can enjoy free fishing for two whole weeks, starting on July 4. You won’t need a fishing license or an Outdoors Card either.

Since you won’t have to pay for a day pass, you can save your cash for a lunch break on your trip up to Algonquin.

So, start packing your gear! Canada Day adventures await.
