It’s hard to imagine that Dollarama is set to close its location after more than 20 years.
At this point, more closures shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone.
The company announced recently that its stores will be closing this January .
Dollarama said earlier this year that it planned to open fewer than 4 new stores over the next year. The company did not provide guidance on closings all the 1000 stores in Canada at the time.
According to media reports, the move, which is expected to impact 26,000 workers, comes just three months after Dollarama Stores Inc., CEO Doug McMillon told investors the company will close its stores in Canada this January.
